for the past two years.  By pop­u­lar demand, we are bring­ing the pro­gram to you Online.

There will be (4) 90 minute webi­nars with home­work and hands on projects.  After com­plet­ing the webi­nars, assign­ments and test you will receive your cer­ti­fi­ca­tion, emblems along with indus­try  mem­ber­ships asso­ci­ated with this rec­og­nized program.

Earn your Stag­ing Cer­ti­fi­ca­tion with The Dec­o­rat­ing and Stag­ing Acad­emy on April 27–28, 2011 in Nashville, TN, in con­junc­tion with the Showhomes Annual Con­ven­tion.  This cer­ti­fi­ca­tion work­shop will arm you with REAL skills to help you look at prop­erty prepa­ra­tion in a new way.  Stag­ing is not about cre­at­ing non-descript spaces but the act of cre­at­ing mem­o­rable spaces that trig­ger a desire for pos­ses­sion. It blends the art of dec­o­rat­ing with the prac­ti­cal­ity of mar­ket­ing to max­i­mize the sell­ing oppor­tu­nity.
